Position

SAP Sr Architect / Pre-Sales will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leading the pre-sales and solution architecture functions for our SAP Consulting services. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team, engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and develop tailored solutions using SAP technologies. You will lead a team of pre-sales consultants and solution architects, guiding them in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring successful project implementations. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP products and a strategic mindset to align our offerings with client needs.

Essential Duties and Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and develop strategies to position our Integritty’s Consulting services effectively.
  • Engage with clients during the pre-sales phase, conduct needs assessments, and deliver persuasive demos and presentations to highlight the value of our solutions.
  • Design and architect innovative and scalable solutions based on SAP technologies, considering client requirements, budgetary constraints, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers, developers, and technical experts, to develop comprehensive proposals and project plans.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies, their roadmaps, understanding their potential impact on client businesses and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their long-term business goals to provide ongoing value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a pre-sales or solution architecture function
  • Experience in writing response to RFP, quotations, solutioning, architectural design and documentation
  • Deep knowledge of SAP technologies, including BTP, HXM, and S4HANA Cloud, with hands-on experience in architecting and implementing SAP solutions.
  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least 3 cycles of end-to-end SAP implementation project including one S4 Cloud implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across at least two industries and the ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including remote team management, mentoring, and driving a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites – NA, ME.
