Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules, coupled with a strategic approach to aligning technology with business needs. The architect will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient HRIS environment that supports organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

    • Solution Design & Strategy:
        • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to business requirements, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruiting, and Compensation.
        • Develop strategies for integrating SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems, ensuring a unified and efficient workflow.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration:
        • Engage with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.
        • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
    • Implementation & Deployment:
        • Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
        • Lead data migration, system testing, and go-live activities, maintaining quality and timeliness.
    • System Optimization & Maintenance:
        • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
        • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry standards in all system processes.

Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including system architecture, implementation, and module configuration.
    • Expertise in modules such as Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or others.
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
    • Experience with SuccessFactors integration using SAP Cloud Platform, APIs, or middleware.
    • SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
    • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
